▫️In a world that’s always changing, two things stay the same: our urge to change and our fear of it. It’s funny how we seek help to change but also resist it because of fear.

▫️How do we deal with that push and pull? Do we sometimes resist what we know is true?

▫️It’s interesting to think about how we can want change and also want things to stay the same. Both are important for our well-being, and maybe it’s okay to give both a bit of our attention.

As we navigate the digital age, we’re often consumed by social media, but we don’t talk enough about the challenges in romantic love. One of my favorite psychologists, @dr.alexandra.solomon teaches that loving bravely means facing these challenges head-on, understanding the stories we tell ourselves, and accepting that there are no quick fixes. It’s about learning to love ourselves and our partners because of, not in spite of, our imperfections. 🤍💌

▫️We’re only a month into 2025, and life is already throwing us some curveballs! We’re likely feeling the stress, the anxiety, and the exhaustion, and it’s okay to admit that. There’s a weight we’ve been carrying, and it’s time for a pause, a breath, and a serious change in perspective.

▫️When life throws shade, gratitude acts as our umbrella, shifting our perspective and bringing light to our path. By appreciating the small joys, we’re investing in emotional clarity, self-compassion, and a deeper alignment with our values. Our greatest returns come from cherishing these little things, as they truly provide the most bang for our buck.

➡️ Set a 30-Day Intention:

▫️Daily Alarms: Set these twice a day as reminders to pause and reflect.

▫️Write It Down: Each day, jot down at least one thing you’re grateful for. Big or small, your values are your guide. Reflect on how it makes you feel.

▫️Be Consistent: Embrace this practice, even on the days you’d rather not. Reflection and gratitude can create lasting joy.

▫️You + Two: Friends bring joy into our lives. Invite someone to join this gratitude journey with you. Support each other’s heart space and growth.
