My own experiences with feeling unseen and burnt out have been the driving force behind my commitment to creating workplaces where everyone feels included and supported. At the heart of my work is my “Just Breathe” curriculum, a truly transformational approach that blends trauma-informed methods with mindfulness and resilience-building. Through Free Thinkers Psychotherapy and Consulting, I offer a variety of services like individual and group therapy, executive coaching, wellness workshops, and strategic consultations—all designed to nurture growth and well-being. My approach is all about creating value, navigating change, and investing in the human potential we all have. I’m especially passionate about uplifting underserved communities, supporting high achievers, and fostering workspaces where everyone can truly shine. On a personal note, I’m deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of therapists, providing essential resources for BIPOC young professionals, and partnering with organizations that champion access and equity. I firmly believe that emotional intelligence and resilience are key drivers of success, both personally and professionally. Ultimately, my core belief is simple yet powerful: when we prioritize wellness, we create thriving workplace cultures. I’m on a mission to challenge the status quo in organizational development, envisioning a vibrant future where well-being, innovation, and personal growth are seamlessly intertwined. Our Commitment to ConfidentialityNow, let's talk about something super important—confidentiality. What happens in therapy stays in therapy. Confidentiality is the hallmark of your therapeutic experience with me. This means that under normal circumstances, no one outside of key personnel within my practices will receive any information—even the fact that you've contacted me—without your expressed written consent. However, please be aware that in Georgia, there are specific exceptions where confidentiality doesn’t apply, such as when there’s a risk of harm to oneself or others, or in situations of suspected abuse or neglect. Your privacy is incredibly important to me, and I want you to feel secure knowing that your trust is both honored and legally protected.
