Mental Health is a process, not a destination. It is many-layered. It looks like joy, calm, courage, confidence, acceptance, resilience, and love. It also looks like sadness, pain, and fear of what's next. But it thrives in connections with self and others—in the right amount for you. It cannot exist without strength and vulnerability—in the right amount for you.

It is about balance and integration, self-acceptance, and healthy self-care. It's a continuum! There is no 'point of arrival' at mental health as if it's an objective, solid thing. It is subjective, made up of all that we are in all our moments—spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental.
We all need help at some point. Reach out for support or simply to have company on the journey.
